Need help for my Range Bleed Gladiator

My character: Ithrustyou

The idea: Use Lioneye's Fall jewel to get Bow damage and Aliments, go bleed and have strong bleeds on the enemy. Unfortunately PathofBuilding shows 16k dps and if i had that same amount of bleed i would be at 30k dps, which is not enough for endgame. I was let to believe i need 150k dps at least. Could you give me tips on how to improve or how i could realize this kind of build?
