[3.8] Herald of Agony Block HC viable build

I've updated my 3.7 Herald of Agony block build that is HC viable and a great league starter as it's gear requirements can start super low, and ramp up to insane power with min/max. But can manage all content on modest gear options.

While not 100% safe for Hard core the max block, blind, life gain on hit, and the fact we can bounce in and out of danger make it a very safe and smooth build.

Since we are no longer using a shield, which gem do you suggest instead of tempest shield?

How do you proc the trigger spells in the claw?

When I start cycloning they proc but not while keeping cycloning, so I just cast convocation. But I wonder if there's a better method.

Also, what is the reason you changed to dual claws?
