Help with glad flicker strike please

I would like to make a dual wield flicker strike build but I have never made a fs character before since it's a little intimidating knowing that it would probably fail miserably if you cant sustain frenzy charges.

Note: I just equipped random gear that I had in standard and the gems are very low level
