Life leech work on dual wield?

say 1 weapon has 1% life leech on hit, will it be 2% if you equip another identical weapon?

"it depends on the melee skill whether or not you attack with 1 weapon at a time. like cyclone for instance hits with your main hand then hits with your off hand and in that instance i believe it will only be 1% per hit. but if you were to leap slam something it will do 2% since it does not swap between weapons to leap slam for instance |
