Can’t Trade Offering to the Goddess

On Poe.trade offering to the goddess is listed as a currency but I can’t find the offering anywhere on console trade market. Can someone please tell me if it is possible to buy one from other players. I don’t see why it would be possible on pc but not on console.

It is possible to trade for them, i guess you just have a case of bad luck or their catogory was changed
