Help with Cyclone Build.

Am more or less following this guide (i messed up the skill tree at the beginning but dont think it makes much of a difference). http://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/2591825

I dont know what Im doing wrong as far as my DPS is concerned. I uploaded my character into POB and my sheet damage is 69k. I feel like thats super low. Any help is much appreciated.
