Heist sound crash since update. No sound until game close Ps4

If you come across this crash again could you please include the words 'Heist' in the crash report that is uploaded to Sony? This will help us track down which crash is occurring.

Hi all.
We've been looking into this issue in the past several weeks but so far we have not been unable to reproduce the problem on our end. No matter how hard we stress the game the sound always recovers and the system sounds never goes away.

We are looking for a more reliable way to reproduce the issue.
A few questions that we have:
How long does it take for the issue to occur?
Does it happen if the console was fully turned off or restarted?
What type of sound output are you using? (tv, headphones etc)
Are there any specific skills/events that trigger this more often?

We were able to find a reliable way to reproduce the problem.
Our engine team is currently working on a solution but I can't give an ETA on it just yet.
