Is Dagger Flicker Trickster Not Good Anymore?

Hello fellow exiles! Getting straight to the point, I'm asking if a Dagger Flicker Trickster is still worth building. I ask this because I've been away for at least a couple of years (marriage, etc), I'm overwhelmed with the new additions/changes, and truth be told, I was never good at making builds anyway (I would just copy other builds and play). I was using a CI/Flicker build before. Please help in any way you can (especially pointers with the skill tree). Thanks!
