Raging spirits aren't working.

After a lot of time and effort getting my Witch to Act 2, I've reached the Undead mount boss, and I can't get past it because my minions won't spawn, the UI shows two frost mages but they're not actually there,no skeletal warriors spawning with a rod with 133 spirit and level 7 Skeletal warriors. Everything worked fine up until this boss, raging spirits were working fine. I've double checked that I meet all the stat requirements for my gems and equipment, and I definitely have more than enough spirit. I'm just going to have to leave it a month or two and come back and see if the bugs have been fixed. Pretty sure if it was a bug that made a melee class unplayable it would get fixed straight away.
