Help regarding Ranger Survivability on build

Got some hours in the game but basically just followed a combo of Fubgun and another build. Did my best with limited resources. I have hit a wall with progression now, Survivability being a big issue.
Was hoping some experienced players could check out my build and tell me what I could swap out/focus on so I can survive when taking on harder breaches/end game bosses.
