[3 26 MSC] 300% Mark Effect Spectral Shield Throw of Trarthus Deadeye VS Ubers

Hi All!
This is an attempt to make the new SST works.
I builded it in armour stacker way because i had my favorite mercenary from previous build i posted and i wanted to use it again.
But you can build it in many other ways, for example only evasion based, phys impale, lightning conversion, poison too could be good; the most important thing to have single target is SCALING MARK EFFECT.

I'm lvl 96, the build would be a bit better at lvl 100 (obviously as all builds) but i say that because you don't need 2x1 passive voices, 2x3 passives are enough.

mercenary was half necessary maybe, didn't touught about this build without it.. must be builded in different way for sure
