ranger no dodging/roll during and after first Act Boss.. it stay that way

I have make 2 char. in Hardcore as a ranger but it is or seem to be bug during and after act boss fight.. i can not find a way to fix it. all other char. not ranger seem to dodge/ roll fine. help plz
