What the hell did they did to bows?

A strongest ranger builds running with a staff, wand and other sh, but not a bow. What the hell happened to this character? As a long time POE player, I have stopped playing this league, simply because my most enjoyable character has been turned in to some templar/witch.

Because this class is about projectiles, not bows.

" The Ranger archetype literally comes from LoTR. It has nothing to do with "projectiles", and every system that has implemented it has made it bow specific with an equal specialization in swords. See pen and paper systems galore, every CPRG ever made, WoW etc. The class fantasy of a Ranger is bows. Just play with a bow then???? Literally no one is forcing you to do anything, if you want ranger to be your bow class then use a fucking bow lmao
