Taking elemental hit of spectrum beyond lvl97 (100div to spend, what would you do?)

I have never been able to get beyond lvl 97 as a deadeye (or anything actually). I feel in this league I could but need some upgrades on my build - just got to lvl 97 and have about 100Div to spend. Wonder if anyone could suggest top five changes they would make?
