Is it possible to migrate from the PC to the console.

Hello, I would like to migrate my account to PS5. Since I have already spent money buying tabs, would it be possible for me to get some tabs when creating an account to play on PS5? To compensate, I agree to give up my PC account for some extra tabs in PoE1 on PS5. Could this happen?
