at gem level 20.

However, the shipped game data and external data views show Frost Bomb level 20 as 238-358
Cold Damage.

Expected
One of these should be corrected:

- If the game data is correct, the patch note should read 238-358.
- If the patch note is correct, the level 20 skill data is wrong and should be 238-538.

Why this looks like a typo
The level 1 value is 7-11, and the level 20 minimum 238 matches both sources. The mismatch
is only the max value, where 358 appears to have been written as 538.
