Got the BV build to 81, doing much better with some AoE levels and now that I've swapped in my CA character's 20/20 Conc Effect for boss fights.

Uber Izaro's a laugh. Literally just stand in the pocket and pop Atziri's Promise.

GGG obviously designs leagues with slowpokes like me in mind - I'll get to 40/40... slowly! :-)

Are you able to take his leap slams, or do you have to move out of the way for those?

I got fed up with some of the challenges that were causing me problems. So I spent a bunch of currency to knock them out - unique lockbox, 40c (after finding no less than 3 "strange barrels" I gave up on finding a box that would actually count) - prophecy chains (chain running prophecies for 2 days and only completed one chain) - divination cards (I knew I'd have to buy these so no biggy).

So it's just a few more maps from map bosses and a bunch of Uber Lab runs once phases allow for 4 keys total and I'm done.

Meanwhile, I'm going to experiment with a self-cast crit Lightning Warp build - it'll probably be awful, but it should be fun trying to design the build. There are some known LW bugs (if you back-to-back warp the screen doesn't display where you are correctly, skipping screen update on the 2nd warp) which may totally kill this... so we'll see.

Weird that you only got one Prophecy chain done... until I read "two days."

Takes a while for some to show up. Longer than two days.

With Enfeeble up, as long as I take the time to kill his buffs in the first two fights, I can tank one round of anything and leech it back before he's able to initiate another attack.

I have a 7.7k or so effective life pool (6k life, 1.7k mana with MoM). If I bother to connect with a Leap Slam Fortify, I could probably fight him at least partially buffed and not care.

Berzerker 1% leech + 40 Conc Effect BVs up and it's back to full health in no time.

Is there another thing that drops keys other than Curious Lockboxes, Argus, and Izaro? Because I've only ever seen one curious lockbox up at any given time.

That's all that I'm aware of. Of course some of the boxes in the Treasure Room at the end may also randomly drop keys - but that's total luck of the draw and can't be counted on.

If you let Izaro get fully buffed in the first two fights, he drops extra keys.

So there's always a minimum four keys available.

a) First Izaro
b) Second Izaro
c) Last Izaro (three keys if you left him fully buffed in the initial fights)
d) Argus

Plus any lockboxes.

but I'm finding more Uber Lab Trials than maps from bosses at the moment.

Transmuted only. Semi-skipping stuff and killing the boss(es). Relying mainly on the 20% flat additional chance of a boss to drop a map.

I've taken to shooting arrows at most mobs and if it dies before I run past or if the loot filter dings I"ll stop and loot, otherwise I'll just run past, intentionally not picking up a lot of rares which might drop one I've run past a pack.

I should probably fiddle with Neversink's loot filter to ding when rare amulets drop (bottleneck for me for the chaos recipe).

I'm still farming Offerings (I'll likely run Uber even after 40 runs) though so zipping past stuff makes sense for me. Even though I'm just transmutting I often take back 4+ portals of stuff.

I could get more maps by alching, but meh... I need the Offering anyways. And the fastest way to get those - other than buying them (which I might end up doing since Offerings are only 5c each) - is to just zip through linear or easy outdoor maps.

Might as well alc, though. Increases map drops, currency drops, likelihood of removing your recipe bottleneck, and will get 39/40 faster with the boss drops.

Or if your second-last challenge is end-game grind, just Atziri it down and get 13+ Mortal Hopes like I did ;)

As an aside, I ran about 20 Terraces today. No Lucky Deck cards. Boooo.
