I came back from Path of Exile after a year and I've always wanted to start a Windripper build, and I feel like now is the best time. The thing is that I don't know whether I should go with your passive tree or Niffler's. Are there any major difference aside from the Frenzy charges?

You should take some 30+ int nodes if possible :)

I really want to try this build for next league, think I could use it for my first character? And like someone else already asked, will Ranger Pathfinder work as good as a templar?
