I got it and bought only 6 boxes.

Uncommon tier: 35%

12 uncommon -> 35/12 = 2.91% chance of rolling for it.

I would Love if someone could explain to me how to get the fifth barrage as it doesnt seem to work for me. Is there some requirement other than just having the unique gem ?

Keep in mind that accuracy is calculated twice, once for chance to hit, then again for chance to crit, accuracy is VERY valuable.

It's used in calculations once (chance to crit is calculated after "chance to hit", and it's a CC variable). But since it's the first modifier, it's really very important, that's true.

Unique Conqueror's Potency Jewel doesn't add 5th projectile to barrage. It makes us reach 50% extra flask effectiveness, therefore we get free extra projectile while using Dying Sun (it goes up from +2 projectiles to +3)

How much better would a near 200edps with added lightning dmg and decent attack speed and crit chance if I am looking to upgrade my piscator?

Is it suppose to say 7 projectiles on Tool tip with dying Sun Active? Mine only says 6 even Tho i have the jewel equiped?

You should try checking your character through PoB, and you will see the numbers. Just make a few test wand examples in the program to check what kind of wand would be upgrade for you and so on :)

I had to sacrifice 2 jewel and 1 HP node for that flask wheel, is that worth it or should i spec the flask wheel as i level?

When I place Static Electricity in the jewel slot above Fervour, it gives me less damage than when placed in the one next to VP.

P.S. What about Volley Fire jewel? Isn't it viable option for this build? Can we shotgun with it at very close range?
