+2 passives points may be better at least befor the very last lvl 95+

It's not the crit multi alone that makes it good, it's also the +15 resists that I invest 2 points in the passive tree early myself as well.

Mathil has over 420 builds and I have probably never seen it. Otherwise I've explained in FAQ what the differences are between Gladiator and Champion.

Would Belly or Lorweave be a good option for the Build? If yes which one would be prefered. Or should we always stick to a rare chest even on a budget?

Yeaps, both of them would be fine, Loreweave better.

The most budget option is a normal rare 6 link rare chest, the most expensive option is a custom Elder rare 6 link chest.
