[3.1] Full block & Full Crit and 60% extra chaos Inquisitor Storm Call

It's a quicly experiment, i have wanted to try to get a full block & full crit and also with 60% of elemental as extra chaos damage. The dps is good, i just need to fix a bit the damage taken because of reckless defence. Maybe could be good with new Elder's unique jewel with 50% reduce damage from crit while use determination.

for HC need more mitigation again crits, since wich reckless defence enemies crit on u like always.

Looks like a good idea but is full of uniques so mmmm....

it kind of blows my mind that you're all about ele damage added as extra chaos damage but you're not using an atziri's promise. it double dips on offense and defense because you leech from chaos damage and it's an amethyst flask which works perfectly with incandescent heart since you take some chaos damage, and it'll mitigate that. test it out.
