Mental Mju-Mju Slayer - Scion Dual Mjølner Cyclone - WiP

The build works like a typical cyclone slayer leech, but with the shock-capabilities of elementalist and Mjølner.

I'm new here and any suggestion regarding the build and/or thread would be welcome.
