Righteous Fire Scion Help, Plz!

I lost the forum link to the post I was using as a guide and I am stuck. If anyone would like to offer gear and/or skill tree assistance or just linking to a Scion RF guide, I would certainly appreciate it.

I am having trouble with Tier 8 Shaper and Elder maps. I feel my life regen is too low, but am not certain how to remedy that and I am certain I am not optimizing my gem/gear layout.

I don't know how to make the fancy gear picture links else I would have to make like easier on anyone interested in throwing me a bone.
