Rigwalds Command Item On DW Frost Blade Build

so i was thinking of getting 2 of there for overall 20% block chance

feedback?

i got ahn might and scavea now

ahn might for dps about 300 dps

scavea for block chance and crit boost cause i want to be a bit safer

so rigswalds command is expensive about 1 exalt per item

do you think it worth it?

its less dps than 2 ahn might which i was thinking about buying
but the block chance is really good
and i guess i will ignore the 80% dmg with axes since i would have to buy an 1her axe

cause i rather have the block chance
