Need help with Scourge Arrow build

Could some one help me out with a build for Scourge Arrow?
Normal league.

I made this as my league starter. It's not the best, but not the worst either. Easily gets through maps tier 1-10.

I made a nice scourge arrow build its unconventional but I like scourge arrow and if they fix some of the glitches it will be amazing.
