Decay is a dot that doesn't stack so not really good for toxic rain which stacks with itself. (5 copies of toxic rain will not apply 5 copies of decay so it lowers the value you see in pob)

Also added chaos should boost your poison damage, decay won't.

Hi i have a question to this build. I use Toxic Rain and i use Jewels with "increased poison damage" in my skilltree and i read somewhere jewels should have "increased chaos damage or dmg over time". But Toxic Rain inflicts poison, so i am confused... do my jewels with only "increased poison dmg" benefit my Toxic Rain?
