Chaos non crit wander finder - is it time for it again?

Hi all,

With the pathfinder changes to be all about chaos damage now I was thinking to revive my old build.
Basically a pure chaos wander using 1 or two wands (not sure yet)
In the past I used a pair of Apep Rage wands, but now days you can buy a better rare chaos wands then them, without drawbacks.

so here is the planned build:
