Your craft on the gloves does nothing, you're already converting 100% through FB gem and Winter spirit nodes.
Penetration enchant on boots, and a phys as extra fire/cold/lightning amulet would increase ur dps a bit.
Better head enchant.
Your jewels are terrible, get regular jewels with multiplier on em, or abyss jewels with flat phys.

What enchant would you suggest for gloves? Some kind of attack speed? I know we use spiked for the damage, but enchants dont share spots with implicits anymore.

There isnt really any "good" gloves enchant, but those who stands out are:
Any of the "on hit" ones are kinda useful.
Of reflection is good also, the minion tanks some of the damage sometimes.

Using a similar build
but i'm nowhere near your dps, it took me like 3min to kill minotaur
your dps is like 20x-30x mine, not sure where the gap is
