[3.6] - Single Poet's Pen KB Ice Spear - Need help on getting survivability

I decided to POB this MF KB Ice Spear idea and I'm getting 320k Ice Spear dps with 94k KB, just need help on possible refinements to cap res and make this thing a real nice build.
