Nice simplex maybe? Or just fat dot multi/cast speed ammy in general. So yes rare amulet sounds great. Your issue will be fixing attributes but you can do that on rings

I don't think Scourge Arrow has incresed projectile speed, right? So to get to 55% we would need 10% from Returning Projectiles, 8% from tattoos, 37+% from quiver, or am I missing something?

Ah yea, i need to update that. we get 20% from ballistics, 10% from quality on returning projs and 30% from quiver implict and thats 55%+ (60%)

Well proj speed still affects placements of pods so too much proj speed and they will just be pushed too far so ideal is staying as close to 55% as possible.
