we have no info about any changes of 3.9.. so ur question at the moment cannot be ansewerd

assuming we get no direct changes to this in 3.9 tho... would you recommend it as a league starter? I am trying to decide on something Gladiator for sure. Not sure if I want to choose Lacerate Bleed, Double Strike, Bladeflurry, or HoAG.

itme that i've used here are a bit expansive for league starter, but the damage will be enough also with a disfvaour, elder unique gloves and many elder items to get buff from gloves.. since all sheeps will go play arcer, disfavour will not coust too much.. so i think it is possible to do as league start.. there are many good unique weapons with enough dps to do it.. ofc lacerate is the best for bleeding.

Socketed by Fortify being removed + Increased Elder item rarity has kind of blew this build to a higher budget and nerfed it at the same time.

yes is stil lviable.. but i will not upgrade the build

Cool, looking to league start this, though I'm just see-ing how viable it will be without the higher priced items, e.g. using disfavor > crafted weapon, removing watcher's eye, hubris and amulet, the bleed is still at 200kx8, 1.6mil (without pride) damage which is pretty sick, but do u have any reccommendations to replace those?

no u said well, disfavour wil lbe ok then cheap gear nad watcher with only 1 malevolence mod will be ok a well..
