Need help deciding new build on a budget

Torn between either a raider wander (KB + PS) or a frost blades berserker

Imo you'd reach easier damage numbers with berserker. Wanders from what I saw reach good dps numbers with mirror tier gear, but at medium investment they're not as high damage as melee. Also if saviour sword is within your budget, it's a very big dps boost to many melee builds.
