Infernal Blow 3.10 need help

Hello everyone
Well I would like to ask for help, I did this build based on one from mathil, it is my first BUILD.
I feel that something is missing when I'm playing, AOE is too satisfactory, but the damage in BOSS is to weak;
It is based entirely on evasion, that is, if anything hits me I will die (the biggest problem I am having is BOSS);
I can make up to tier 15 easy (bosses are hard work)
16 upwards I haven't tested it yet, I don't even want to imagine shapper / uber elder;
Please if the more experienced people can take a look and a little help. =)

Good to sum up:
-Optimal and satisfactory AOE
-Great mobility
-I feel lacking defense
-Missing single damage in any BOSS or UNIQUE monster (delirium ¬¬)
