Hey Chris,

cold damage over time builds such as Vortex and Cold Snap

got nerfed all the way down to [50~55% LESS DMG] or possibly worse,

if you really look into them and calculate all the nerf factors.


Is that your intention for real?

I never thought cold damage over time builds were so OP that they destroy everything. It ain't that famous either.

Why so harsh in particular?
