Question about the 1-button SRS Bomber build, why is the caster mastery for an extra seal used when the build doesn't seem to use unleash at all? What would be a good replacement for it in that build?

I have a quicky question. I'm following the SRS bomber guide. I see we use a Notable for have +1 maximum endurance charges.
My question is... How do we gain endurance charges with this build? |
