Spectre replacement help

Having trouble choosing spectres.

The guides I have found say to use a Carnage Chieftain and a Host Chieftain for generating frenzy and power charges.

The Carnage version does indeed grant frenzy charges, but the Host instead has an aura that gives increased crit for every power charge, which is zero.

Nerfed or something I guess. What would you use as a replacement for Host Chieftain that would buff minions?

Host Chieftains grant power charges. Sounds like you've spectred something else.

Not anymore they dont. Seems the carnage quit working too.

They no longer grant the charges only buff them.

But I am still new to the game and may be something I am doing wrong. They were working before, all my zombies running around with lots of frenzy/power globes. But after going to make new ones they dont seem to work anymore.

I'm just a noob doing something wrong. Logged back in and everything working fine now.
