Lightning Arrow CoC Help

I currently putting together a CoC build using lightning spells instead of the typically ice spear set up that everyone is going for these days when it comes to bow builds. I am currenty using LA since with the way it hits it can be pretty consistant with crit procs.

I still having a bit of trouble with bossing and certain enemies, I plan to get two or three large clusters with prismatic heart, wide spread, and thunderstruck at least for one of them. The bow I am using is budget until I get some currency to improve it.

Even with some theory crafting only getting a dps of 200k with cracking lance, so any ideas anyone?
