[3.19] The Exploder - CWC DD - Cheap to start T15/T16

Hello there. Just wanted to share this since it's a simple / effective / cheap way to start mapping. How cheap you might ask? Basic very is around ~ 30c .
Note this is not a new build. Just want to show it's still viable in this patch. Pros and Cons
Pro
- DPS - Two button playstyle -> Cyclone + Movement - Cheap
Con
