Funnily enough, the charge numbers in the "maximum budget" PoB actually seem correct because of weird interactions with Ralakesh's Impatience.
However, the DPS number and all-unique build with all the implicits still seems very scammy and unrealistic.

Edit: just realized that there is no maxed chaos or lightning res, only 2k HP and not even enough unreserved mana to throw even a single trap.

I guess he doesnt need mana because eldritch battery ?
