Migrating My Korean Account Back to America?

I'm currently living in Korea but plan on moving back to the USA. I'm hesitant to buy any of the micro transactions now because if I can't migrate my account from Korea back to the USA, then I will lose those transactions. So will I be able to migrate my account from the Korean version back into the English version after I move?
