Build Inquisitor old but can it be played in the 3.21

The title say everything...

Since a long time when i started PoE i try a build lightning strike and i like it. But this build is outdated since the 2.6...

Can you think it can be updated for the 3.21 ?
With the claw's buff i think it can be interesseting
