DPS Advice

Hi all, I have been playing a cyclone build with atziri's disfavour, i am enjoying the build but am feeling like my damage is lacking compared to other people using the same build, does anyone have any advice on how to get more dps? I am seeing people with 3/4x the amount of damage as me.
