i wanted to play static strike shockwave
i have a big prob making damages
anyone know and can help me doing more damage pls?

Your helmet is missing the 1% crit chance per 10 strength mod, which provides the biggest source of crit on my build.

I'd also try to get at least 500 more strength, mine started to feel much better once I was over 2k strength.

Finally, you might need to get the cooldown of your shockwave a little lower so it can be triggered more often. I'm not an expert at that, but this section of Palsteron's video explains it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z2aEgT_jvAE&t=332s
