FlickerFire

Hey guys, was really hoping someone would give me some pointers and look at this build I made. I know there is a ton of stronger builds I just really want to play this as it is my two favorite abilities. I also know i am terrible and building characters I just do it for fun. If anyone has a few pointers or suggestions for me that will help me make this build a bit more functional please let me know. PLEASE lol
