What ailment? Use Brine King Patheon for freeze/chill, Yugul for shock.

You should get Chaos Res (at least 30%) and Spell Suppression (take lucky suppression mastery before you hit 100%) next. If you have enough damage, consider mapping with Wellspring of Creation keystone.

Worth using for bossing, it does not feel good with multistrike while mapping imo
