[3.23] Crème de la Volcano

If this turns out fun, I'll expand on this.

In general, the idea is to league-start Cremation of the Volcano as an Inquisitor, going for high damage and good defenses.
Why? Because it's a new archetype, it's a trap playstyle but with leech, and I think it's cool.

Even with basically no gear, the damage is there, and it should be easy enough to cap Spell Suppression.

Energy Blade / Battlemage / Archmage options, those also exist and work, possibly as Hierophant, but I'm starting SSF so none of those are relevant for me.
