3.23 SSF summoner help needed

Hey everyone, because there are sooo many smart people (and thats end of rectal alpinism) i need little help.

I am running SSF summoner and i am stuck at the moment, i cannot make my mind how to continue. This is my firt build done by myself instead of following guide, as SSF i am quite limited in items, what i have equiped is propably best i can use right now.

What i need and ask you for your help:
- 6L: what is best way to make my femur 6L?
- gems: should i center my build around skelebros? zomboys? golem?
- aura: HoP is not good i think, not sure what to use, also MoM needs at least some free mana
passives: so far so good, but i am willing to listen to some good advice
