Need help with defence layer

Hi,

I have a problem with a defence layer for my first champ. I choose one of the build from this forum (Winter Orb Witch) and dmg is very good, but it is a glass canon. I've changed one of my wand for shield and it is better, but still, sometimes I even don't know what kill me :(

Do you have any advice what I should improve? I have 5 div orb to upgrade :)

I was coming to the forum to ask for similiar advice for my build. I use a different skill and different auras. In you're case, I see that you use determination, but most of your gear doesn't have any armour on it to improve the more armour portion of that aura.
Armour in PoE helps to mitigate small physical hits, but won't help against big physical hits. I wish you good luck to find a kind person with better knowledge of the game to help you improve your defences
