tbXie wave of conviction elementalist, what to upgrade

Hey, im following poevault build, got 50 divines from a friend, but i have no idea what can i do with them. Spend 3d on diadem, dragonfang and shield. 2 on boots, 8 on sceptre, and still have 34 divines left, any ideas where to invest? My characters eq and skilltree is public
