[3.25] 295m DPS Leap Slam DOT capped Bleed Gladiator

I theorycrafted this build from scratch on Standard, but overall it takes way too much work to get to DOT cap (taking advantage of legacy gear) and does not have enough defenses.
I thought I'd share in case any one is attempting something similar. POB:

By placing autoexertion in this helm with two warcries (rallying cry + seismic cry), we get 10 exerts. This means we have 100% uptime for exerts since we attack so slow and Overexertion Support ALWAYS does 46% more dps (10+ 18 +18). Then the helm gives an additional 30% more DPS.

Corrupted +2 AoE Bronn's Lithe and Replica Dragonfang's Flight makes Leap Slam level 31 and have 1064% damage + effectiveness of added damage.

you realize that dot cap is 36mill whether you do 295mill dot dps on pob or 40mill dot dps right?
